Regional pricing varies, so check your local store page rather than assuming a straight conversion. Steam's standard refund policy applies: under two hours of playtime and within 14 days.

TipThe discount is small, the risk is also small

At under eight dollars, the calculation is less "is this good value" and more "do I like this genre". If you enjoy cleaning or factory games, the price is not the obstacle.

Reviews

At the time of writing, the overall Steam rating sits at Mostly Positive around 75% from over 800 reviews, with roughly 31,000 concurrent players shortly after launch. Launch-week numbers move fast, so treat any specific figure as a snapshot rather than a fact.

The pattern in the reviews is consistent and worth knowing before you buy:

  • Praise for the first-hour feel, the soundtrack, and the satisfaction of watching the surface turn clean.
  • Complaints about performance on large bases, automation reliability, progression pacing, and the launch-day crash rate — several of which were addressed in 1.0.3 and 1.0.4.

UnconfirmedNumbers age quickly

We do not embed a live review count, because a stale number is worse than none. Check the Steam page for the current figure; our patch page covers what has been fixed since launch.

Is it worth it

At the launch price, yes for most people who already like the genre. The opening is slow and the automation endgame is where the game actually lives, so give it more than twenty minutes.

Two honest caveats. First, the 100% completion goal is enormous — roughly 163,830 sectors — so buy it for the loop, not for the finish. Second, if you only play solo and dislike factory building, the game loses its best feature, which is a crew of friends arguing about belt placement.
